By scheduling services with Cha Cha Express Mobile Detail (“Cha Cha,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, bookings, payments, and interactions with our mobile detailing operations.

Cha Cha Express Mobile Detail provides mobile auto detailing services only. All services are performed at the customer’s selected location, subject to accessibility, safety, and environmental conditions.

Service availability, duration, and results may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and location.

All online bookings require a 40% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

Deposits secure your appointment time and technician availability and are applied toward the total service cost.

Cha Cha Express Mobile Detail accepts payment through the following methods only:

• In-person card reader transactions
   

• Approved digital wallets (Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
   

PayPal, manual card entry, and other payment methods are not accepted.

All in-person transactions are processed using Wix mobile card readers.

A 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required for all appointments.

• One courtesy reschedule may be granted at management discretion.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   

• No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount.
   

In the event of weather conditions that prevent service completion:

• The appointment will be credited toward a future service
   

• No refunds will be issued for weather-related reschedules
   

Rescheduled services are subject to availability.

Cha Cha Express Mobile Detail services locations within a designated service radius.

Appointments requiring extended travel may incur a travel surcharge, which will be disclosed prior to service confirmation.
