Cancellation Policy

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is successfully processed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One courtesy reschedule may be permitted at management’s discretion. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled and the deposit will be credited toward a future service. Deposits are not refunded. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Vehicle must be present and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
